Group Courses

Group courses

Group classes are for adults only.

Group courses open as from 3 participants and are limited to 5 people, thus guaranteeing rapid progress in a very small group. Once confidence is quickly established, it will be natural for you to speak in front of others. The dynamics of a group course allow for role-playing in everyday life situations, as well as discussions or debates for more advanced levels. Don’t hesitate to come accompanied by your spouse or a friend.

There are 5 levels of group courses:

“Survival French” course: complete beginners – equivalent to preparation for DELF A1.

Course Elementary : equivalent to a preparation for DELF A2

FIDE Preparation : equivalent to A2-B1

Course Intermediate : equivalent to DELF B1 preparation

Course Advanced : equivalent to a DELF B2 preparation

Emphasis is placed on conversation and the practice of French in everyday situations. Therefore, I will evaluate your level during a preliminary telephone interview. Grammar points will be discussed according to the level of the group, as difficulties are encountered.

Each session includes 10 lessons, over 10 weeks. The course calendar follows the school holidays of the International School of Geneva and the public (state) school of Canton Vaud. There are 3 sessions per year: September, January and April.

Registration for an exam is an undeniable source of motivation but is not obligatory. However, the group courses allow preparation for the following exams:

– DELF: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1

– FIDE
