Individual courses

Individual courses

The individual courses are aimed at teenagers (secondary school students) and adults.

Based on my experience, I can offer you a tailor-made, one-to-one course, to ensure maximum efficiency and pleasure in your learning. During a free and non-binding preliminary interview, I will evaluate your level of French and identify together not only your expectations, but also your own way of learning. Each student, therefore, benefits from a fully individualised programme.

Learning a language traditionally consists of four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. However, interaction and appropriate communication should not be neglected, i.e. knowing how to adapt the content of the message to the recipient: you don’t communicate with a 10-year-old child or your insurance agent in the same way. We will address all these aspects in parallel with the essential study of vocabulary and grammar.. Private lessons are also ideal to focus on pronunciation or answer your specific questions.

Individual courses enable you to prepare for the following exams:

  • DELF: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1
  • FIDE
  • IGCSE
  • International Baccalaureate – BI
  • Swiss Maturité – Essay

A weekly one-to-one course motivates you to maintain or consolidate your current level of French. A twice-a-week, one-to-one course helps you to make significant progress, especially if you are willing to invest some more time and effort between classes. You can also combine one-to-one and group courses.
